Healing practice

Christian Science teaches us how to heal spiritually. Sometimes though we need help, and there are many experienced Christian Scientists who work as Christian Science Practitioners, or spiritual healers, to whom you can turn at a time of need, 24 hours a day. Often the contact is just by telephone or e-mail, but a practitioner will always be pleased to meet with you too if you wish. They are also there to answer questions on Christian Science. These practitioners are listed in the Christian Science Journal, where you will find contact details of a Practitioner near you.

In addition to the Practitioners the Christian Science church operates a visiting nurse service, which provides practical help in case of physical difficulties. There are also Christian Science nursing homes available for more supportive care.
